Digital signage and media convergence solution provider, SureWaves has linked up with global loyalty service and concierge group Les Concierges to create a new communication channel for office workers across India.
Les Concierges runs on-the-ground services across 500 worksites reaching upto 600,000 corporate professionals. The company specialises in helping employees by assisting with any sort of request, and offering exclusive access to a range of products and services from different companies and brands.
Surewaves will create an new 'workspace channel' for Les Conceirges, which will be shown on digital screens in the workplace, delivered to mobile phones and to the desktop via the internet.
Concierges Live's content will cover environment, health, lifestyle, financial, safety - and offer a targeted audienced to 3rd party advertisers and sponsors. With the additional Les Concierges staff on-the-ground, the company will be able to offer combined campaigns with on-site reinforcement.
Companies like Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Dell, GMR, IBM, KPMG, Sasken, Synopsis, Tech Mahindra, Tata Motors, Wipro etc. , all part of the Les Concierges client list - and past campaigns (pre-the new channel) have succesfully be run for companies such as Listerine , L’Oreal and Horlicks.

Les Concierge has outlets across the world, not only in corporate offices - but in hotels, hubs and shopping malls. The concept aligns extremely well with digital content distribution concepts, and the combination of digital media and on-the-ground multi-channel sponsorship pulls together the ideas of interactivity, brand experience, social networking and multi-channel marketing, which have been shown to work extremely effectively for brands.
That this is happening in India initially, shows how brands are looking to target the growing middle-classes - and what better way than through their workplaces.
