I am a big fan of Bill Gerba and his blog. There is no question that he has added to education, understanding and debate in the networked-digital-signage (NDS) industry. His 3 November update of his earlier blog of 2004 in which he describes a comprehensive budget for a single-site digital-sign system over three years is no exception.
